Baltimore has put slogans on its public benches over the years. The two best known ones are “The City That Reads” and “The Greatest City In America”. When Baltimore led the US in teen pregnancy rates, some people said the slogan should be “The City That Breeds”.
Two local artists have made small bench replicas that I bought. (I’ll credit them if I can find the information.)
