“Get a Job” by the Silhouettes is a famous rock and roll song from 1957. Sha Na Na took their name from words in the song. An unlikely cover was done by Neil Young in 2012.

Covers: Tears of Rage
Like “This Wheel’s On Fire”, “Tears of Rage” was first recorded as part of the Basement Tapes and first released on Music From Big Pink. It was co-written by Bob Dylan and Richard Manuel. I saw the Band four times and don’t recall them ever performing it. If they did, it would have been at the first show in 1970.
Covers: The Prisoner’s Song
“The Prisoner’s Song” was originally recorded in 1924 by Vernon Dalhart. One of his cousins may have heard it in prison. I just heard it for the first time in a cover by Fats Domino (1958).
