Bernie Sanders is wrong about gun background checks

I voted for Bernie Sanders but think it’s important to point out that he is wrong about the percentage of guns sold without background checks.  Sanders claimed it’s 40% while the actual number is more like 22%.  The actual figure is high enough; there is no need to say it’s 40%.  It should be zero.
