Bolton lies about Russian 2016 meddling

Bolton told the Russians that the Russian meddling in US elections had hardly any effect. He has no way to know that. It has not been assessed and it’s probably impossible to determine. Trump won/Clinton lost for many reasons. This is one of them.

Context is important, but how does Bolton know how many voters were impacted by what? It’s unknowable. Also, Trump won by <1% in the decisive states.
