After Trump, it will be hard to rebuild agencies he has gutted such as the CFPB, EPA and State Department. It will be hard to recruit people to work there who believe in the agency missions. Trump shows their work can just be dumped.

Over the past year, the agency’s workforce has dropped by at least 129 employees amid the largest exodus since its creation in 2010, agency data shows.”
