Covers: While My Guitar Gently Weeps

George Harrison’s “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” from the 1968 Beatles album known as the White Album has served as a launching pad for guitar solos – Eric Clapton’s on the original and Prince at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction concert in 2004.

I was thinking about it yesterday when the version by Regina Spektor played over the end credits of Kubo and the Two Strings.
