“No Matter What Shape (You’re Stomach’s In)” was a 1965 instrumental single by the T-Bones that was based on the music for an Alka-Seltzer commercial.
It was recorded by The Wrecking Crew; a different group of musicians went on the road when the record became a hit. The commercial was created by Stewart Greene who passed away earlier this month.
