Very impressive list. I just started watching Giallo films a few years ago. Independent labels like Arrow have done a fine job of issuing them on Blu-ray.
I would start with his #4, Deep Red. Look for films by Mario Bava, Dario Argento, and Lucio Fulci to start. The Editor is a good homage to the genre.
