I bet DeSantis is counting on the right-wing Supreme Court to let his map stand, at least for 2022 elections. He is evil but I think he’s got a good chance to be our next president. He has terrible policies like Trump but with less personal baggage and is not as obsessed with 2020.
If this 20R-8D FL map passes and withstands court challenges, it could net Republicans four additional seats, entirely wiping out Dems' national redistricting gains thus far. https://t.co/7MU6BaPrDM

We weren't kidding when we wrote this in October. Now, with FL's GOP legislature poised to adopt something proposed by Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), Rs could replace 16R-11D w/ as lopsided as 20R-8D, wiping out Dems' national remap gains – if courts let them. https://t.co/VlAyzLgU28

#ReidOutBlog: #Florida's GOP-controlled legislature is preparing to give the governor the power to influence congressional maps, most likely harming Black voters. https://t.co/xMvQBFoTss

Leadership is allowing the Governor to draw the new Congressional maps. Last time I checked, I was elected to serve the people of Jacksonville, not Ron DeSantis. If he thinks we’re going to just accept his plan to disenfranchise Black voters in our community, he’s dead wrong. pic.twitter.com/ak8Fp4vU1z

Ron DeSantis' latest map is drawn to make #FL10 a Democratic vote-sink, but it doesn't even consolidate Orange County's black population, and as a result the primary is plurality white
