I am not optimistic that abortion rights will be restored

1) no guarantee Dems would get rid of filibuster
2) unlikely to get enough senators to get 60 votes for abortion rights
3) this may never happen – depends who appoints justices
Note: this assumes Dems keep the House which is unlikely in 2022
