I went to a minor league game this year where they used the pitch clock and really liked it. The pace was definitely faster.

It is official: 15-second clock with bases empty, 20 with runners on; and two fielders on each side of 2B bag, both feet on the dirt.
I say this having seen it at minor league games, talked with players who have played games with it and tried to understand the drawbacks as well as benefits:
