Film: In This Our Life

In This Our Life (1942) is not nearly as well known as it should be. It has never been on Blu-ray and was on DVD in a Bette Davis box set. It’s an excellent film and Davis is great in it.

In This Our Life is an underrated gem. It was much admired by James Baldwin as well. Definitely one of the best films about race from the classic Hollywood era, and it features one of Bette's strongest, most uncompromisingly honest performances. https://t.co/KrkaHgdcPP
