These tweets make a good point. No matter what the evidence is, it will be hard to get a unanimous 12-person jury to convict Trump. The odds seem high that there could be one Trump cult member who doesn’t care what the facts show.
Even if Trump is convicted, it won’t change much. People like me can’t hate him more and his cult will believe that it’s all fake. He could still be re-elected, especially if there are third-party candidates.
