The Orioles are loaded with minor league prospects

Jackson Holliday will be in the majors sometime in 2024, maybe even on opening day. I think he’ll play second base with Henderson at short

Samuel Basallo could make it to the majors this year. He is only 19. I think he could catch some to give Rutschman a rest and also DH.

Coby Mayo, to me, is the third untradeable prospect. He should be in the majors in 2024 playing some 3rd base, 1st base and DHing.

The Orioles, who won 101 games in 2023, have six prospects inside Baseball America’s official preseason top 100 list, including five in the top 41:
