As @KatiePhang noted yesterday, prior mortgages on Trump properties won’t prevent Tish James from trying to collect on them. But some of those loans are bigger than appreciated. Take Axos Bank’s loans to Trump for Trump Tower’s commercial portion and the Doral course. 1/

Even with that mortgage on Trump Tower, Tish James can still force a foreclosure sale & as long as the net sale proceeds pay off any lien-holders before her, she can use what’s left to satisfy some of her judgment. And then move on to the next property…#ChumpTower
