The election doesn’t change that. I don’t think sending him to jail is plausible but he should be held accountable in some way.
Fines are worthless with Trump. They haven’t stopped his bad behavior before.

He should sentence Trump to public service like picking up trash or serving meals. Fines and monetary settlements have not improved Trump’s behavior. Trump may belong in jail but it’s not realistic to expect that.
