Trump’s effort to crush the Consumer Finance Protection Board

RIFs are pretty detailed, and it is entirely possible that many agencies failed to follow the steps or meet the criteria. Question is whether courts call them on their BS or say that the Trump administration has discretion over this (in which case, why have the rules at all?)
