This is 100% correct. After mass shootings in a church and a synagogue, gun supporters said they should be armed. They’re not saying it about the mosques. This is hypocritical and inconsistent. Since Trump and many of his supporters hate Muslims, they won’t encourage them to get guns.

Trump panders to the religious right
He’s a phony – he doesn’t know much about the Bible.
I was @realDonaldTrump's pastor for 5 years @MarbleChurch. I assure you, he had the "option" to come to Bible study. He never "opted" in. Nor did he ever actually enter the church doors. Not one time. https://t.co/hf06e6LyRz

Trump is touting "bible literacy" classes this morning. This raises disingenuousness to a whole new level. Trump never reads any books. He is the least religious man alive, and he has certainly never read the Bible voluntarily.

A reporter really should ask Trump to name, specifically, his favorite passage of the Bible. https://t.co/cOmiRemU9U

Oh, and that North Dakota bible bill that Trump heard about on Fox and Friends and which made him tweet this nonsense? It failed. Miserably. Going down after its second reading in a 5-42 vote.https://t.co/Bq3dHuGzOK

The closest Donald Trump has come to reading the Bible is when Sean Hannity reads one of Marco Rubio’s tweets on his show.
