Dowd is considering quitting because he can’t control Trump’s behavior. Trump has talked about firing Cobb.  Trump added diGenova, a conspiracy theorist (like Trump).

Trump is not consulting with advisors on the Mueller investigation – he watches TV and calls friends instead.
