Five myths about presidential pardons
This is good background since Trump has been pardoning people and there is controversy over whether or not he could pardon himself.
I say that if he pardons himself, who would stop him? Nobody. The Democrats can’t and the Republicans won’t. Maybe the Supreme Court would do something but can you un-pardon someone after the fact?
