Good catch here on the whole Biden "enemy" quote. Lou Dobbs inserted a word, changing Biden's "they become the enemy" (to describe how militarized police can look) to Dobbs's "they have become the enemy." That alters the meaning entirely. https://t.co/2L2HJVg2Bx pic.twitter.com/x341Ip1o2b
