You can get 3-D Blu-rays on eBay that were released in other countries but not the US. My favorite 3-D discs are Doctor Strange, Black Panther and Pacific Rim.

The 3-D Film Archive has restored old 3-D movies. They use Kickstarter to fund some of the restorations. Their site has lots of good information on old 3-D films and the history of 3-D.
