Phoenix Municipal Stadium has light standards from the Polo Grounds

I have been to both places – the Polo Grounds in 1962 and 1963 and Phoenix Municipal Stadium in 1989.

The next time you're in AZ stop by Phoenix Municipal Stadium (current home of the ASU Sun Devils). The light standards are the originals that were installed at the Polo Grounds in 1940. pic.twitter.com/dFf8LLUsVo
