The opinion CNN shouldn’t interview Donald Trump baffles me. He’s ahead in almost every primary poll by big margins. He still has a major hold on GOP. Sure, politics is ephemeral and things can change, but he’s currently the de facto leader of GOP. Seems like a worthy interview.

Even the less extremist Republicans will still wind up supporting Trump. Letting someone who incited an insurrection conduct a town hall on TV is a poor idea.
