Holiday Inn in downtown Baltimore

The old Holiday Inn, now apartments, used to have a revolving restaurant on top. It’s now a gym.

Welcome to Vision on Lombard, a residential community nestled in the bustling city of Baltimore, Maryland, in the vibrant Baltimore Inner Harbor Area.

Instagram post on China Doll (old Baltimore restaurant)

I remember the China Doll restaurant on the 400 block of Park Avenue in Baltimore. I ate there at least once. When I moved to Baltimore in 1976, Chinese restaurants like China Doll served chow mein and chop suey. The first Szechuan restaurant I can recall was Szechuan in Federal Hill. Then there was Uncle Lee’s on Greenmount Avenue. These two restaurants were a revelation.

Lamar Jackson is the 2024 NFL MYP (in my opinion)

He was better than he was last year when he won the MVP
His stats are almost all better than Josh Allen’s (his primary competitor)

The players picked him as the top QB – they should know

Next Gen Stats picked him as the top QB – nerds should know

He’s the QB on the AP All-Pro team. He got 30 of 50 first-place votes.

I have also added two local commentaries
