I just watched the outstanding Talk To Me. I have also seen earlier Australian horror films Lake Mungo and 100 Bloody Acres. I recommend all three especially Talk To Me.

I’m a big believer in keeping DVDs, Blu-rays and CDs.
I saw Marcel the Shell with Shoes On
This is a very original stop-motion/live-actor hybrid. A24 did a great job with the Blu-ray package. The short films that were made before the feature are on YouTube and the disc.

Great job by 3-D Archive on Robot Monster
Robot Monster (1953) is a low-budget science fiction film that is probably best known for being used in Mystery Science Theater 3000. The 3-D Film Archive did a great job restoring it in 3-D through a Kickstarter project. It’s now on Blu-ray disc. It’s not great art but it’s fun to watch.
I decorated a staircase with movie mylars
I was inspired by this picture I saw online. It was posted by the Twitter account @lovellyvibes. It looks like these are signs for books.

There are 14 steps to my basement. So far, I have had nine 5″ x 25″ movie mylars installed and will put up five more. They are held up with two-sided tape.
