Kellyanne Conway has violated the Hatch Act but will probably not suffer any consequences. Sad!

I completely agree with this tweet. It is shameful that Cohn could still work for Trump after “very fine people” but quit over tariffs. It seems like Republicans in Congress are much more upset about Trump’s tariff ideas than his racism. Sad!

It is a very telling thing (and not in a good way) that the line Gary Cohn and Speaker Ryan have drawn with President Trump was not Charlottesville, or any of the other number of ways he has undermined democratic norms/values, but tariffs. Sad and disturbing.

Trump’s Commerce Secretary, Wilbur Ross, falls asleep during meetings and drools! (This is according to multiple articles citing several unnamed sources.) Sad!

Another unqualified Trump appointee

A 24-year-old Trump campaign worker was appointed to a high position at the National Office of Drug Control Policy. His only post-college work was on the Trump campaign.

He is clearly unqualified. At least he’s not an obvious bigot like some other Trump appointees. Now, we learn that he was let go from a job he held in college because he missed work. He has also revised his resume after the Washington Post checked into it. Sad!
