Bringing Out the Dead (1999) is an excellent film based on a fine autobiographical novel by Joe Connelly. It’s not even on Blu-ray. I have the DVD.

The 1976 broadcast was taped on May 23, 1976 in Fort Collins, Colorado. The April 22, 1976 Clearwater, Florida shows were also recorded. More on the 1975 and 1976 Rolling Thunder Revue tours is here. Hard Rain has been bootlegged and there was also a record album from the 1976 tour called Hard Rain.
