I cannot think of a good reason why the Supreme Court would block Wilbur Ross, who lied to Congress about the illegitimate citizenship question he wants to put on the census form to suppress the role of minorities, from submitting to a deposition. This is highly suspicious.

2020 Census “dress rehearsal” has problems

The 2020 Census “dress rehearsal” in Rhode Island has raised a lot of concerns.

“Several elected officials and leaders of advocacy and community groups this week held an “emergency press conference” to raise concerns, which include a shortage of publicity around the test and its limited language outreach in an immigrant-heavy county, with large communities from countries including the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Portugal and Cape Verde.”

Seventeen states and six cities have sued the federal government over the planned citizenship question.
