I grew up with vinyl but I don’t miss it. My lack of nostalgia probably goes back to my college days. Do you have any idea how hard it was to put a needle on a record when you were drunk or high?
I still own some records and certainly the packaging is better than with CDs (or downloads). However, I have bought very few CDs that were damaged compared to records. I don’t have a turntable.

“Carmelita” is a Warren Zevon song that was first recorded by Murray McLauchlan in 1972. I didn’t know that until yesterday. Zevon recorded it in 1976 and Linda Ronstadt covered it in 1977.
Do they want childhood diseases to come back? Look at the poll linked to in the comment by Harry Enten. In 2015, support for mandatory vaccines in school was 78%. The decline in support is part of the damage the Trump cult has done to our country.
