Why does the media always call Stormy Daniels “Porn Star Stormy Daniels”?
I don’t think that the fact she is a porn star is relevant. The real issue is that Trump paid money to cover up his infidelity because it would hamper his bid to become president. I bet if Daniels was a teacher they wouldn’t call her “teacher Stormy Daniels”. I think the media just likes the titillation of saying “porn star”.
The comments on the post below that defend Trump are depressing. He is guilty!
Republican lies about immigrant crime
The disgusting way Republicans are whipping up sentiment against immigrants
ABC fact checked only a small portion of Trump’s lies in the debate
Trump lies so much because he knows the media won’t fact-check them all. I think four of 33 is a failure yet it would have made ABC look biased if they fact-checked all of Trump’s lies.
Now CBS won’t fact check the VP debate. Prepare for another GOP lie tsunami.

Color TVs were first sold on 9/28/51
Younger readers have probably never seen a black and white TV but they used to be very common. My family didn’t have a color set until around 1971 when I was 18. I didn’t have my own TV until I was working. I bought a 19-inch black and white TV at Two Guys in 1979 for $119 ($515 today).
I was in a bar with coworkers playing a trivia machine in the 1980s when the question came up – what color was Gilligan’s shirt – red, blue or yellow? I didn’t know. It was always gray to me. It’s very strange watching shows like Hogan’s Heroes now on MeTV in color when I saw them in black and white in the 1960s.

Two more pseudo-realistc Halloween films
After watching Late Night with the Devil, which is supposed to be a TV broadcast, I found two more Halloween-based films.
The WNUF Halloween Special is a fake TV broadcast. One of the highlights is the endless supply of fake UHF commercials. It’s an enjoyable horror film.
Ghostwatch was actually broadcast on the BBC in 1992. They used real broadcasters to portray themselves. It’s a very clever horror film.
I had never heard of either until looking for films similar to Late Night with the Devil. I’m glad I found them.
