If you’re into smaller government, why do you think the government should be able to say you can’t have an abortion?  Republicans only want government interference when it agrees with their policies.

He doesn’t have to.  He has a list of vetted candidates and I’m sure they wouldn’t be on the list if they were not anti-abortion.
