Bobby Freeman’s 1958 recording was the original version of his song “Do You Want to Dance”. There have been numerous covers. The Ramones sped it up and Bette Midler slowed it down. Some versions are called “Do You Wanna Dance”.
I have written about this before. He does it often such as when he spoke to the CIA and the Boy Scouts. Taxpayers should not have to pay for this abuse of his office. Sad!
Trump is fine with foreign meddling in our objections. This will encourage his Russian pals. This is not alright. Democrats will say it’s wrong. Let’s see what the Trump cult says.
Trump’s strategy is to distract from this by lying about Democrats.
“Route 66” was composed in 1946. Nat King Cole and Bing Crosby had hit versions in that year. It has been recorded by many artists in a wide variety of styles since then.
“Needles and Pins” is best known from the Searchers version in 1964. The original version was released by Jacke DeShannon in 1963. See the Instagram post at the bottom for more about her.
Kellyanne Conway should be fired for her Hatch Act violations. I don’t expect Trump to do anything. Democrats will push for her firing but Republicans obviously will let the Trump administration get away with anything.
