Here’s the AP Fact check on Trump’s trade numbers.
I think he’s a liar but at a minimum, he’s leaving things out to paint a bleaker picture which jives with his view that the whole world (except Russia, I guess) is ripping us off.

Fact check on Trump’s claims for his first 500 days
Trump’s claims:
Trump has made 3,251 false or misleading statements in 497 days

The most alarming thing is this: “That’s an average of more than 6.5 claims a day.
When we first started this project for the president’s first 100 days, he averaged 4.9 claims a day. But the average number of claims per day keeps climbing as the president nears the 500-day mark of his presidency.”
Democrats and the media point out his lies but the Republicans do nothing. Since Republicans have the power, they’re the only ones who could do anything about the lies but they’re gutless cowards.
This has emboldened Trump to lie more. It’s just going to get worse now that he understands there are no bad consequences for him when he lies. The same is true of his pardons.

Fact checks on Trump’s rally this week. I don’t think he can give a speech without lying. It’s scary when he incites the crowd to call MS-13 animals. They’re bad people but they’re still people.
