His behavior is appalling. I am a retired federal employee. I remember that when some of us went to lunch with contractors during meetings, we always made sure to pay for our own food.

Since nobody is holding them accountable, the corrupt justices have no incentive to change. Roberts is worthless, Republicans don’t care and Democrats are weak.

Will there be fact-checking at the CNN presidential debate?

Nothing I have read about the debate addresses fact-checking. How will they treat Trump’s endless lies?

There’s no good way to do it.

If the moderator does it, Trump will say they’re biased against him
If Biden does it, it cuts into his time to discuss his ideas.
If CNN does it after the debate, the audience will be smaller and some people will not know that Trump lied.

Neither of Smith's cases are going to make it to verdict (if even to trial) before the election.
