Trump supports and encourages right-wing vigilantes. I don’t hold Biden responsible – it’s Trump’s country and his own staff said he benefits from the violence.

This is a more aggressive Biden, portraying Trump as a “weak” president who not only refuses to denounce right-wing violence but is “recklessly encouraging” it because he thinks it helps him politically.
