I don’t want to hear anything from Trump supporters about civility after his Montana rally where he:

said Maxine Waters’ IQ was in the 60s
attacked terminally ill John McCain (but not by name)
attacked former president George HW Bush who has been ill (also not by name)
called Elizabeth Warren “Pocahantas”
mocked the #MeToo movement
said 75% of news media people at his rally are dishonest
