If Tester should resign, Trump should too

Trump said Senator Tester should resign because he spread allegations about Dr. Jackson.

If that’s the criteria, Trump should resign too.  He makes unsubstantiated allegations (which I think of as lies) all the time.  Just last night at the rally according to the article:

“I know things about Tester that I can say, too,” Trump said at the rally. “And if I said them, he’d never be elected again.”

How is that different than what he accuses Tester of?

Sad!

and there’s this:

Trump’s rant on Fox & Friends

Ronny Jackson needs to give Trump some sedatives.

Interview annotated with commentary from the Washington Post.   He’s still talking about his Electoral College victory and how the media didn’t predict it!

Here’s an analysis from Esquire.  They called it “…the presidential equivalent of an old, cantankerous Jets fan calling into WFAN…”

Trump lied about his trip to Moscow – why?

Trump lied when he told James Comey (twice) that he didn’t stay over in Moscow for the Miss Universe pageant in 2013.  Bloomberg has checked the flight records which show his jet arrived on Friday and left on Sunday.

Why would Trump lie about it?  Is the “pee tape” real?  At first, I didn’t think the “pee tape” incident with the prostitutes could have happened.  Trump doesn’t have the morals that would prevent him from doing it. I thought he had the common sense to avoid being in a compromising position.

Now, we know about his sexual relationships with a porn star and a Playboy playmate.  Now we know that many other items in the Steele dossier have been verified.

I now think it’s at least plausible.  Sad!

update:  Washington Post column

Trump and Maggie Haberman

Trump attacked Maggie Haberman of the New York Times for her reporting on Michael Cohen and Trump’s shabby treatment of him.  Trump responded by tweeting that he doesn’t speak to her.  This article includes a tweet with a picture of Trump and Haberman similar to the tweet below.

Trump lies again.

Haberman fought back.

She also added this:

How can Trump expect loyalty when he treats people badly?  Why would anyone work for him?

Sad!

Mr.Magoo and Mr. Peepers

Another Trump lie.

I believe the sources in the Washington Post article which said:

“Trump has, at times, referred to Sessions as “Mr. Magoo” and Rosenstein as “Mr. Peepers,” a character from a 1950s sitcom, according to people with whom the president has spoken.”

Trump says he didn’t say it.

The tweet below is correct – you would have to be old (like me) to know who Mr. Peepers and Mr. Magoo are.

Trump lies so often I just believe anyone’s word against his.
Sad!
