Abortion rights (Roe v. Wade)

This tweet is right on the money. The nominee won’t answer questions on Roe v. Wade. I have seen speculation that the basic decision (which was made by a Republican majority court) will not be overturned but that it will be attacked a bit at a time so states can ban abortion or make it much harder.

The fact is that rich people will still get safe abortions and poor people will suffer. Of course, the people who oppose abortion generally oppose birth control and sex education too. If we funded those adequately, there would be fewer abortions. Wouldn’t everyone prefer that?
