“I Take What I Want” was originally recorded by Sam and Dave in 1965. There’s a great cover version by Ann Peebles from 1972. Both versions were recorded in Memphis.

“Part Time Love” was recorded by Little Johnny Taylor in 1963. I know it from the Ann Peebles version from 1970 which has an insistent, almost disco, beat.
There are blues versions by Otis Rush and Little Milton which slow it down.
