Sunday talk shows this week:
– 6 Republican men
– 3 shamelessly lying Trump cronies
– 0 Democrats
– 0 womenhttps://t.co/EpwZ5V46DY— Miles Grant (@MilesGrant) June 2, 2018
The news about the much higher than previously reported death toll in Puerto Rico has gotten little media attention compared to Barr and Bee. This is wrong.
This article states: “In a confidential letter to special counsel Robert Mueller in January, President Donald Trump’s legal team acknowledged for the first time that Trump “dictated” the first misleading statement put out about his son’s controversial 2016 meeting with Russians at Trump Tower.”
Trump’s lawyer Jay Sekulow and Press Secretary Sarah Sanders have lied about this. I refuse to believe they didn’t know the truth.
“Going Down the Road Feelin’ Bad” was first recorded in 1924 as “Lonesome Road Blues”.
This lists all of the recorded versions. I first heard it by the Grateful Dead in 1971 (in a medley with Buddy Holly’s “Not Fade Away”. According to this
“This song became a concert staple for the Grateful Dead, and Jerry Garcia related that he picked it up from Delaney Bramlett of Delaney and Bonnie during the Dead’s trans-Canada rock ‘n’ roll train trip in 1970, beautifully captured in the “Festival Express” movie.”
The article has links to many versions of the song.
This fact check notes: ” George Soros has frequently been the target of smear campaigns, none more odious than the persistent — and false — claim that Soros, a Jew, was a Nazi sympathizer, collaborator, and/or paramilitary officer during World War II.”
Keep in mind that Soros was only 14 when the war ended!
Roseanne Barr tweeted this lie.
Sad!
This column states: “In the modern era, the U.S. has never had a president who seems to see institutions in purely instrumental terms — as if they should be used to promote the president’s personal goals, and should be evaluated solely in terms of whether they are doing so. “

This tweet makes a great point. Trump pardoned the late Jack Johnson but objects to protests by current Black athletes.
Background on why Obama didn’t pardon Johnson:
another good point:
I completely agree – the media is spreading lies by letting these people on TV:
