Did Trump win because of Russian interference?

I have always maintained that we will never know how many voters (and people who chose not to vote) were influenced by Russian meddling. There were other reasons Clinton lost and Trump won.

However, James Clapper now says that Russian interference gave Trump the win and he knows a lot more than I do.

Trump keeps lying when he repeats his lie that there hasn’t been a military pay raise in 10 years.

“First raise in 10 years”?

1) Military pay has gone up EVERY year for 30 years
2) Military pay went up 3.9% Under Obama in 2009
3) Military pay went up 2.4% Under Trump
