Trump has created an atmosphere where the bombs were not surprising.

Let’s see if he calls it terrorism. I doubt it.

Think about how our modern Presidents would have handled this moment — Reagan, Bush 41, Clinton, Bush 43, Obama. Trump was bare bones basic with zero understanding of role he's played in fostering the bitterness and crudity of our national discourse and attacks on the media.
