Outrageous comments by the right on Trump’s immigration policy

This is disgusting and pathetic.  They can’t even accept reality, let alone discuss it.  They follow Trump who has lied non-stop by blaming his policy on Democrats.

Limbaugh says it’s a made up crisis and that people are trying to invade the US:

Ann Coulter calls crying children “child actors”:

Trump lied when he said crime was up in Germany and blamed it on immigrants

First, I think what happens in Germany is none of his business.  We see how he reacts when anyone criticizes him.

Crime in Germany is down – see the AP Fact check.  This is just Trump spewing lies and bigotry.  He is encouraging nationalism in Germany.

The Trump Tax law is not popular

The Trump tax law is not popular.  Remember, in the recent race for the House seat in western Pennsylvania, Republicans stopped running ads based on the tax cut because they weren’t working.

From the Monmouth Poll article: “The poll also finds that 34% of the public approve of the tax reform plan passed by Congress last December and 41% disapprove. Another 24% are not sure how they feel. These results have shifted in the past six weeks. Approval is down 6 points from 40% in late April and disapproval is down 3 points from 44%. The number who give no opinion on the plan has risen 8 points from 16%. Polls earlier this year had shown a more evenly divided public – 41% approve to 42% disapprove in March and 44% approve to 44% disapprove in January – with a smaller percentage of undecided opinion.”

Supreme Court will not decide on gerrymandering

This is a setback to fair elections for 2018 and 2020.  The Supreme Court understandably does not want to get into politics but they are letting unfair maps stand.

However, states can do things on their own:

The Texas case is different – based on race, not party affiliation.

Don’t forget what Trump wants to do to the 2020 Census:

New polls on Trump

He’s higher in Gallup and lower in CNN.

From this article on CNN: “The President’s approval has ticked slightly downward, to 39%, compared with 41% in May and 42% in March. His lowest rating in CNN polls was the 35% he reached in December 2017. The number of those who approve of his job performance strongly (28%) remains the same as in the poll in March. ”

Rudy Ray Moore movie: ‘Dolemite Is My Name!’

I was happy to read there will be a movie about Rudy Ray Moore.

It will star Eddie Murphy and will be written by the guys who wrote films about Ed Wood and Larry Flynt.

For more information about Moore, click here.

Four of Moore’s best films have recently been released on Blu-ray discs by Vinegar Syndrome.  They did a great job.

YouTube has clips.  Here is the outrageous beginning of ‘Petey Wheatstraw’

Trump’s tweets are getting more bizarre

This column states:

“What we have right now is a President focused/bordering-on-obsessed with the Mueller investigation, what it has meant and might mean for his presidency. A President who feels like a victim of an unfair media, which won’t give him the proper credit he deserves. A President who, under siege in any number of ways, is increasingly bunkering in — and giving voice to conspiracy theories to justify his behavior.”
